The Sahaludeen class deep space explorer is a long-rang large shuttle of human make.

The class dates back to before the Relay 314 incident, and was made as a near-self sufficient exploratory vessel that would allow anywhere between one and seven explorers and a HER drone to travel through relays and explore the planets and star systems in the cluster they linked to. More recent models are beginning to pack upgrades that allow them to travel farther via FTL without discharging their drive core. This has resulted in the effective exploration range, as well as the explorable size of some clusters, increasing dramatically.
